George is our Head Chef and a Co-Owner. With extensive fine-dining experience, George creates approachable and relatable food that can be enjoyed every week, every day.

Dan James

Dan is our Executive Chef and Co-Owner. Food has taken him around the globe and back, he is passionate about cooking without waste and has a versatile approach to cooking.

Jessica Fletcher

Jess is our Restaurant Manager. With a background in hatted restaurants, Jess brings to Signal Box some of the finesse from fine dining but in a fun, relaxed and more casual way.
